Yesterday, the Teamsters national negotiating committee announced a tentative agreement with UPS, subject to a vote of its membership ending August 22. DSA stands in unflinching solidarity with the 350,000 UPS Teamsters whose tireless militancy gave their negotiating committee strong leverage. 

 

We applaud the Teamsters for their historic contract campaign. DSA has been proud to stand with the union in supporting their campaign at the gates, and stands with them as they vote to accept or reject the TA. We will continue to stand with UPS Teamsters until their contract is won, and beyond that into the new labor movement being born today.
