Thousands of DSA members organized in our workplaces and communities this year, despite hit after hit from the pandemic, economic crisis, and police violence. It was the blood, sweat and tears of the multi-racial working class that brought us this far. When the Biden campaign stopped canvassing, laid-off union members of UNITE HERE kept pounding the pavement. After centrist Democrats iced him out, Bernie Sanders texted his supporters in swing states and 96% of them voted against Trump. The ruling class spent millions against our candidates and ballot initiatives, even in Democratic strongholds, but we already have down ballot victories to celebrate. Together, we will ensure every vote is counted and immediately put Biden and Harris on notice that the working class demands real change, not just a return to the status quo that brought us Trump in the first place.
