A robust federal government response is not radical, it is a matter of life and death. Joe Biden and the Democrats must fight for a real economic recovery that protects working class people, not a Republican-approved bailout that only protects the rich.
Tell them: we need $2,000 monthly payments and universal healthcare, not mass unemployment, evictions, and unpayable medical debt.
Tell them: we need a $1 trillion public sector bailout and worker protections, not the destruction of social services and worker safety when they’re needed most.
Tell them: we need full decarbonization by 2030 with green union jobs for all, not deals with Mitch McConnell to doom our economy today and planet tomorrow.
This isn’t a negotiation. This is a fight for our lives. DSA is building the mass people power needed to win, and Democrats can either fight alongside us, or get out of the way.
