Dues and Donations Refund Policy

If you have made an error in making your dues payment, donation or change your mind about contributing to the Democratic Socialists of America or the Democratic Socialists of America Fund, we will honor your request for a refund made within 45 days of your dues payment or donation.

To request a refund, call 212-727-8610 or email us at membership@dsausa.org. If you made your dues payment or donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. If you made your dues payment or donation by cash or check, your refund will be mailed within 30 business days.

Recurring Dues or Donation Change or Stop Policy

To change or stop your monthly recurring dues payment or donation, please email membership@dsausa.org.

Recurring Dues or Donation Refund Policy

Members and donors have the option to pay their dues monthly, annually or give recurring donations. DSA will be able to refund the current and previous month’s dues payment only. See Dues and Donation Refund Policy above.

Overpayment or Error Refund Policy

Where an error has been made by DSA or a banking facility which results in an overpayment being made, DSA may, in consultation with the member or donor, refund by check for the full amount of the overpayment. Checks will be sent within 30 days to the member/donor’s on file address.
