On-line registration is closed.

On-site registration will be based on a sliding scale of $20 -$60.  Registration fee will include conference materials,  admission to all conference sessions, light breakfast and admission to Saturday night Party.

Plenaries: Those who register for the entire conference do not have to pay extra for the plenaries. If you are not registering for the conference each plenary is six dollars at the door.
